We use technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of information.

a.     Hardware Bluetooth will not store any data

b.     Application data will be stored in AWS Cloud Server with encrypted mechanism.

c.      User data will be accessed with user credential.

d. User account and their data can be deleted in-app on the “My Profile Page” with the button “Delete My Account”. All data will be removed after the account deletion.

5. CHILDREN AND OUR SERVICES

Persons under the age of 13 in the United States, or higher minimum age in the relevant jurisdictions, are not permitted to use our Services. If we determine that a child under the relevant minimum age has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If a parent believes their child provided us with personal information and would like us to delete that information, they should contact us at info@ketoair.com.

10. DATA SHARING WITH COACHES

Consent and Liability Waiver 

When you choose to link and share your personal or health-related data (“Data”) with a coach via our app, you explicitly consent to disclosure of your Data to that coach, a third party. This authorizes QI DIAGNOSTICS LTD. to share your Data for the purposes that you specified.

Acknowledgement of Risks

You acknowledge that sharing Data with a coach involves risks, including but not limited to:

• • The possibility that the coach may disclose your Data to other personnel or third parties.
  • The potential for unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your Data by the coach or any third party.

QI DIAGNOSTICS LTD. does not control the actions of these third parties and cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of your Data once shared.

Limitation of Liability

QI DIAGNOSTICS LTD. shall not be liable for any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or harm resulting from your Data being shared with a coach or third party, including any privacy violations or security incidents.

User Responsibility

  • Accept all consequences arising from your decision to share Data.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

These terms are subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws. QI DIAGNOSTICS LTD. will take reasonable measures to protect your Data in accordance with this Policy; however, once Data is shared, responsibility for its further use lies with the recipient.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time and will notify you before making any material changes. You will have the chance to review the updated privacy policy before it takes effect.
